2800 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the 2800 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Applicability
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 2800 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other means — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
The 2800 platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. 2800 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.

- Never been banned or suspended from the platform
- Registering under your own name, not on behalf of another person
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. 2800 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by another individual. Account holders are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their login credentials.
Password & Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
2800 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 2800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.
Deposits are processed according to the selected method. Users are responsible for entering the correct amount. Processed deposits are non-refundable unless a technical error is confirmed by the platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 2800 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal, to ensure transaction security and compliance with platform policies.
Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or system abuse will be investigated. 2800 reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold any balance while the investigation is ongoing.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users agree to use the 2800 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
- Registering multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions
- Sharing an account or selling access to a third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
- Spreading false information or misusing the support system
- Deliberately exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
- Any conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other users
2800 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances linked to violations, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Liability Limitations and Account Policy
The 2800 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver a continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or third-party interference.
2800 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including internet disruptions, device failures, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
2800 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Confirmed fraudulent or suspicious activity
- User request to close their own account
- Account inactivity for a specified period as defined under the current policy
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests
Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete, provided no related terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the 2800 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the property of 2800 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2800. Non-commercial personal use is permitted within reasonable limits.
Any feedback, suggestions or bug reports submitted by users may be used by 2800 to improve the platform, with no obligation to compensate the user concerned.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 2800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
2800 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes the user's acceptance of those changes.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 2800 platform will be resolved in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
